Our Story
Aveltha Medical Group was founded with a clear purpose: to fix the broken realities of healthcare that physicians and patients experience every day.
Like many doctors, our founders saw the same problems — fragmented care, delayed referrals, poor communication between providers, and far too much time spent on administration instead of medicine.
In response, we built Aveltha as a modern, integrated multi-specialty medical group in Kitchener Cambridge, designed from the ground up to support both outstanding patient outcomes and sustainable physician careers.
